Using the service
You are responsible for the vault records, household invitations, item notes, attachments, and exports you create or share through Smart Vault.
Subscriptions
Paid plans unlock premium and family features. Subscription billing, cancellation, and renewal terms are shown during purchase and managed through the applicable platform or checkout provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Smart Vault to store unlawful content, invade privacy, compromise accounts, or interfere with the service.
Availability
We work to keep Smart Vault reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or platform provider outages.
